Perinatal Depression: EPDS, including suicide risk screening

Clinical Chart Audits: Ensuring psychotropic medication orders are supported by documented indications
Critical Lab Monitoring: Verifying labs (e.g., lithium levels, CBCs for clozapine, metabolic panels) are ordered, completed, reviewed, and acted upon per protocol
Follow-up: Tracking overdue or abnormal labs, contacting patients for missed appointments, and ensuring timely provider notification and documentation
